Even on the road we continue to prepare for the upcoming deployment. Working with ARL scientist Paul Kelley (known as PK) back in the lab, he was able to remotely log into the data acquisition computer and continue to make final improvements before the intensive summer campaign. We also had to provide the team back in the lab with a bit of puppy cam footage and PK captured this from the NOAA Center for Weather and Climate Prediction lab in College Park, MD.
